Apoptosis Focused
Libraries

Apoptosis (programmed cell death) is a natural and necessary biological process. Unfortunately, a variety of factors can trigger apoptosis at a counter-productive time or to a deleterious extent leading to a growing list of serious medical disorders. Consequently, a prodigious effort is being applied worldwide to the understanding and control of apoptosis processes.

At ChemDiv, we have culled from our immense collection tens of thousands of compounds likely to be of interest to the apoptosis community. We have selected these small molecule compounds paying close attention to biochemical pathways leading to apoptosis while maintaining lead- and drug-likeness within the focused library. Both pro- and anti-apoptotic proteins have been considered as potential targets of our collection.
