Chemdiv's Proprietary
Medicinal Chemistry Filters

To aid you in your quest for quality screening compounds, ChemDiv has harnessed our medicinal chemistry expertise to create four medicinal chemistry filters (MCFs). Your library selection can be submitted to any or all of these filters.

  • MCF1 filters out compounds which possess reactive groups.
  • MCF2 filters chemotypes with known ADME/toxicity issues.
  • MCF3 filters compounds whose physicochemical properties lie outside 'drug-likeness' parameters (eg. Lipinski's rule of 5 and Veber's Rule of 2).
  • MCF4 eliminates overly simple compounds with demonstrably weak intellectual property potential.

While ChemDiv's compound collection is largely free of typically undesirable members, we let you provide your own criteria and strictness according to your needs.
