Design and synthesis for known drugable and novel targets are an important and difficult task. ChemDiv offers the platform approach to designing the diversity of useful synthetic arrays implementing them as discovery tools for a large number of CNS relevant biotargets and pathways. Each compound library, i.e. discovery tool, is projected from a unique design and synthesis methodology depending on relevance and availability of target, ligand and function information. Proprietary innovative compound libraries have successfully achieved lead and drug candidate milestones for our collaborators. ChemDiv synthesizes more than 200,000 new screening compounds each year and is constantly adding biological assay and animal model capabilities.

CNS IN VIVO
CNS In Vivo are designed in small animals (rats and mice) and large animal (monkeys) with the objective of providing mechanistic insights into neurodegenerative and psychiatric disease and opportunities for new strategies of therapeutic intervention. ChemDiv adheres to “Good Laboratory Practice” standards to ensure reliability and reproducibility of study results. QC/QA systems encompass SOPs for: study systems, performance, management; handling and analysis of the test items, data and biometrics; confidentiality, identity and security of proprietary compounds and reporting. Unimpaired laboratory animals are required to gain reliable results from behavioral pharmacology. Our quality management therefore focuses in particular on correct animal housing and handling for animal wellbeing, appropriate behavior and generation of valid data
