ChemDiv has always strived for providing new and advanced research products and services. To better meet most diverse outsourcing needs of our customers and partners around the world, we have successfully introduced a number of innovative chemistry solutions for the life sciences industry such as unique proprietary chemical scaffolds and discovery libraries around them. Scaffold selection and prioritization are performed by means of organic and analytical chemistry approaches (reaction-oriented scaffold design) where chemical scaffolds are viewed as structural cores with several diversity points. Their chemical modifications result in a number of intermediates and building blocks, subsequent functionalization and decoration of which provide final compounds. In order to improve the quality of final compounds, careful design, and strict selection of chemically diverse building blocks for scaffold decoration are performed with the reference to stringent medchem principles.

We provide synthesis of novel discovery libraries by decoration of ChemDiv’s proprietary scaffolds via validated synthetic procedures to meet various customer’s requirements and specifications. Alternatively, custom synthesis of specific compounds or chemical compound libraries may be based on customers’ scaffolds and is available on FFS and/or FTE basis.

We offer:

  • Maximum structural diversity and rare chemotypes selection,

  • True novelty for all scaffolds and potentially promising compounds

  • The number of variation points is kept within 2-3 per scaffold, preference given to structures with one variation point per cycle

  • A number of critical structural physicochemical filters are applied (modified Lipinski and Veber rules, etc.) in addition to stringent internal medchem filtering system
