Drug Farm is a leading private biotechnology company actively developing highly innovative treatments for ROSAH syndrome, severe heart and kidney diseases, hepatitis B, and complex metabolic diseases. Its proprietary IDInVivo+ platform perfectly integrates genetics and artificial intelligence to identify and definitively validate novel drug targets directly in living systems. DF-003 is a proprietary, first-in-class drug that specifically inhibits the activity of ALPK1 and its disease-causing variants. It has demonstrated powerful evidence of clinical improvement across multiple symptoms of ROSAH syndrome in an ongoing Phase 1b study (NCT06395285). DF-003 has successfully received Fast Track, Orphan Drug, Rare Pediatric Disease, and Rare Disease Evidence Principles designations from the FDA, and its discovery was proudly published in Nature Communications.
DF-006 is a proprietary, first-in-class orally administered ALPK1 agonist immunomodulator that potently stimulates local, innate immunity directly within the liver. It has successfully completed single and multiple ascending dose (MAD) evaluation in healthy volunteers, and MAD evaluation in virologically suppressed HBeAg negative chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients where highly encouraging anti-HBV activity was clinically observed. Its discovery was officially published in Hepatology, and Drug Farm alongside Xiamen Amoytop Biotech Co., Ltd. have entered into a massive clinical collaboration for DF-006 to effectively treat hepatitis B and hepatocellular cancer.
