The move is positioned to improve the quality and speed of development and in-licensing decisions, reduce risk and scale AdAlta’s operations more efficiently as it expands its portfolio.The partnership builds on AdAlta’s in-house EMU AI agent, based on Anthropic’s Claude, which pre-screens in-licensing opportunities and supports its ‘East to West’ strategy by rapidly performing preliminary due diligence and scoring assets against internal criteria.Together, EMU and the Oktopi platform are expected to strengthen both asset selection and development, support sharper investment decisions and better use of external consultants, and enhance AdAlta’s readiness for future partnering discussions.
